… ever since I put a small console table and a lamp with a full-spectrum bulb in it on the landing outside the bedroom door, I’ve not been barricading it with a chair. I didn’t realize that had happened (or stopped happening) until this morning.
So I’m getting better.
Progress is good. Even little bits count.
