Good things:

1. Sunny walks and exertion. I ended up swear-drenched but it felt good.

2. Nectarine sorbet is even better when the fruit is nearly overripe. Creamy delicious.

3. Started making this. Sadly the ice cream maker bucket was not yet frozen enough. That’s for tomorrow then.

I wish tomorrow was a weekend day.
