Broccoli, put into a microwave-safe bowl and a little water (a little over a tablespoon), covered with plastic wrap, and microwaved for a minute and then allowed to sit while the rest of the ingredients were prepared.

Almond Nut-Thins BBQ flavor, which is pretty much like BBQ-flavored potato chips (without being potato chips) to me without the usual cheese contamination of most other snack companies.
This turned out to be surprisingly pleasing for such a thrown-together lunch.

Wok Mei’s sauces are not only GF/WF, they also don’t contain MSG or HFCS (they do have normal corn syrup though), and they’re actually pretty good.
