Bento for 2011-01-18

Put together in about five minutes.

  • Broccoli, put into a microwave-safe bowl and a little water (a little over a tablespoon), covered with plastic wrap, and microwaved for a minute and then allowed to sit while the rest of the ingredients were prepared.

  • Already prepared Easy, Healthy Baked Chicken Breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces. Very moist and quite easy to cut.

  • Wok Mei hoisin sauce, which is GF/WF

  • Almond Nut-Thins BBQ flavor, which is pretty much like BBQ-flavored potato chips (without being potato chips) to me without the usual cheese contamination of most other snack companies.

This turned out to be surprisingly pleasing for such a thrown-together lunch.
