Roasted cashews used to be a default filler for me, now less so.
Small bottle of Annie’s Tuscany Italian dressing, one of the few salad dressings I like.
Broccoli, carrot, and cabbage slaw. I’m starting to really like those pre-prepared dry slaws; previously I’d only experienced soggy slaws from cafeterias. I can add as much or as little dressing as I want, and it makes for a really quick side salad or spring roll filling.

I’ve found that I really need a post-lunch snack in mid-afternoon to keep going.
Almond Nut Thins have completely replaced potato chips for me.
Pamela’s Extreme Chocolate Mini-Cookies are gluten-free, dairy-free, and enjoyably sinful.
Freeze-Dried Pineapple Crunchies are quite good. Their strawberry version, which I tried on Friday, isn’t to my taste at all.
