Three good things. I guess.
1. I got OCTGN working on a Mac with Parallels and the Windows 8 Preview! I hope to use it to play LotR:LCG games on line. I guess once I played with someone, solo suddenly isn’t the only way to play that I desire.
My happy things are trite, I know. I don’t know what to do.
2. Bulgogi. I need to figure out how to make this on my own.
3. For piano lovers out there, Maksim is awesome. This is Croatian Rhapsody:
It will forever be the song I associate with Puella Magi Madoka Magica.
I got my Macbook 1,1 fans to shut up. I debugged the problem myself, read up on the internet – many sites – learned I have something called Activity Monitor, learned that MICROSOFT Sync was chewing up 100% of my CPU time, figured out it was because I told a newly created iCal calendar to sync with Entourage calendar from Office 2004 (yeah, I know – ancient), decided it was because they are not compatible, cancelled the process (without the computer blowing up, I am happy to say) – and got my extremely quiet working environment back.
All without consulting DH or computer/guru son.
Of such tiny things are happiness made.
Trust me, it’s good enough. If the big happies aren’t there, the little happies are a whole heck of a lot better than nothing.
