Three good things.
1. Chicken Satay at the little Thai place was a really good lunch.
2. The very last of the Earl Grey Tea Cake has been devoured before it could mold over or something horrifying.
3. Fulfilled NaNoWriMo quota despite having writer’s block most of the day.
4. Found out about beat sheets from my VERY OWN HEAD. So far, wonderful device.

And belated congratulations on the tea-cake. It absolutely does count as cake.
I haven’t tried it with gluten-free, but my experience with wheat-based cakes was that they freeze quite well. In case you have a fit of enthusiasm for baking and want to make sure all of your creations last well.
