    Sorry things are extra tough right now – I know a little bit about how that feels.

    See bartender. Be very, very kind and non-judgmental toward yourself right now: you are probably not in a good enough mental place to make valid judgments – that’s one of the things that goes. I used to tell myself I was under too much stress to make a good judgment (quitting school), and that I wouldn’t be until I finished, so I would just slog through it. If they kicked me out, fine. But I wasn’t going to give them the pleasure of quitting.

    You’ve pulled yourself out before. You will pull yourself out again. Drat those dips in between.
