Damn, I’m spoiled. Or I get to visit an alternate universe every weekday, I don’t know.
My company has multiple teams, anywhere from five to over ten people.
In every team there’s at least one woman, and in every team half the composition is people of color.
Some of our managers are women and people of color.
Nobody does a double-take when someone mentions their partner rather than husband/wife.
And men can wear kilts with abandon.
Sometimes I think this can really only happen in startup-style software companies on the West Coast.
