Three good things:

1. This exists and whoof, I think I’m going to be baking once the heat of August is over and done with, or perhaps even before then….

2. I highly recommend the following stories: Ironheart by Alec Austin, The Silk Merchant by Ken Liu, Armless Maidens of the American West by Genevieve Valentine, and The House of Aunts by Zen Cho.

3. Simpson & Vail save the day when I have no sweet desserts to partake of and need something caffeine-free: Red Velvet Cupcake Rooibos and Vanilla Spice Rooibos.

A thing I like about myself: I’m intelligent, if I would actually push the “fool” act out of the way. Well, that’s the thing about “things I like about myself”; I can’t help but add a dash of self-criticism into the mix. :/
