Omu-rice (really, not full-out omu-rice, which I should have made last night; it’s just ketchup mixed with warmed-up rice underneath). It’s 3/4 cup of rice, one egg; tomorrow I should try 1/2 cup rice, one egg. We’ll see how it holds up; this container can have a lid put on it, for safe keeping purposes…
Then there’s two silicon cups, holding tsuguru apple slices (because I’m too out of my mind to put in veggies… plus all my baby carrots are gone) and a sauce container with more ketchup for the omu-rice.
Kiwi-berries (3oz to be exact), and but five orange slices. Sigh. Are there orange berries anywhere?
All ends up around 430 calories.
I have been trying to think of orange-berries, and the closest I can come up with is clementines or canned mandarin oranges. Maybe orange juice to drink?
