Boiled egg split and riding a cart of honeycrisp apples. Honeycrisps, I find, are really great for little lunches.
Strawberries in tofu whip “cream”.
Grapes and kiwiberries, although the grapes turned out to be too ripe. And some of the kiwiberries too. Sigh.
Rice mixed with teriyaki vegetable (red bell peppers, green onions, carrots, not much else! Thank goodness for TVP to add protein) stir fry. It’s not a try fried rice, since the rice is mixed in after the fact, but still good.
All adds up to about 500 calories (grapes would have added more… but yuck).
