Commit log #28

Three good things!

1. Got several blockers cleared at work, which was pleasant. Also got a hold onto a monster of a documentation problem; now all that’s left is, of course, writing the documentation… but I’m confident I can do it.

2. Needs More Gay, a series that examines LGBT and pop culture, from Hellraiser to vampires to The Golden Girls. I’m disappointed there’s nothing there yet about Sherlock.

3. Matthew is wonderful in bed. Get your minds out of the gutter. Between him, Cozy Cow, and the Overcow, I’m set to hug things left, right, and center.

4. Extra credit: tea shopping. Oh, I love tea shopping, even though it’s a bit of a nightmare retrieving tea from multiple blenders and providers.

Things I like about myself: um, tea? Boardgames? Cows?

Life thingies: I will never not be bipolar. It can be mitigated by meds and cognitive therapy, but it will always be there, shadowing my life. I must not let it do that to me, though.

  1. Yes, it may always be there. But I mantra myself that it makes me more interesting, more creative, etc. Not that “all artists are mentally ill” but when someone’s discussing ducks I can leap to this kind.
